Our ThermaCore Series P110 High-Temperature Pick & Place Test Handler is designed for multi-functional testing and sorting, catering to diverse customer needs.
It supports low, normal, and high-temperature testing, sorting, and classification of components such as MSOP, QFN, LGA, BGA, and CSP (3×3 to 10×10 mm). Additionally, it integrates advanced imaging systems to ensure high-quality product output.
