Our ThermaCore Series T210 rotary turret high-temperature test sorter is specifically engineered for products that require high-temperature testing, such as discrete devices and IC components.
By incorporating high-temperature testing capabilities, it improves upon its existing room temperature performance, ensuring stability and reliability.
This sorter is versatile, suitable for both room temperature and high-temperature testing and sorting of components including PDFN, DFN, MSOP, SOT, SOP, SOD, TO, SMA, B, C, and others.
